AddressThis role is being advertised by Brightwork who are recruiting for our clients sites in Perth and require temporary Chefs for our clients site.
Our clients are looking for temporary Chefs to cover short term / interim term bookings and long term duration bookings. Immediate start available for the right person.
Interested candidates must have previous Chef experience; must be qualified to SVQ Level 2 or equivalent. Must have a valid food hygiene certificate (elementary minimum).
Main duties include preparation and cooking of all meals, stock control, HAACP duties, keeping the kitchen clean and tidy and any other duties as required. (must be able to wash dishes/pots and clean the kitchen when required)
Hours of work are variable - mainly between 0700-1830 Monday to Sunday so flexibility is required.
This role is subject to PVG membership.
