Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company (“the MAC”) was formed in April 2021 and comprises of 12 Catholic Primary Schools and 1 Catholic Secondary School across the Birmingham, Solihull, and Warwickshire areas.
The Governors of St Edward’s Catholic Primary & Nursery School, part of Our Lady and All Saints MAC, are seeking to appoint a dynamic, innovative teacher to join our team. St Edward’s Catholic Primary & Nursery School is a welcoming school where all staff work tirelessly and care hugely for the children. We are looking for someone who is professional, engaging and self-motivated, with a passion for education, who is eager to contribute to the spiritual and academic development of the children in our school.

The successful candidate will
- Be committed to promoting the Catholic ethos of our school. Protected posts will be required to be a practicing Catholic.
- Have an excellent knowledge of the curriculum and an understanding of how children learn.
- Be able to inspire children to learn and demonstrate high quality teaching.
- Challenge pupils of all abilities and be committed to raising standards.
- Be skilled at using assessment to inform planning, setting challenging targets for pupils and be able to accurately track pupil progress.
- Have excellent teaching, organisation and communication skills.
- Have good interpersonal skills, able to work effectively as a team. member with colleagues, parents and governors.
- Have a strong commitment to their own learning and professional development.
