The Role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, working in our Bristol office, we’re looking for an experienced Administration Manager to lead our centralised operational teams who complete a range of administration and servicing duties including liaising with 3rd party providers.
Primarily, you’ll lead the review of current end to end processes and make recommendations for change that supports our strategic aim of continuous improvement and efficiency, enabling all teams to operate and function effectively.
Responsibilities
- Leading central ops teams, fostering a culture of teamwork, leadership, and continuous improvement.
- Ensuring streamlined workflows and productivity across all teams, sharing best practices and optimising the use of technology.
- Analyse existing processes, identify bottlenecks and propose improvements for implementation.
- Use data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience in administration management in a Wealth Management or Financial Planning firm.
- Prior experience in analysing, identifying and implementing process and organisational change.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, proactively identifying and addressing challenges.
- Capable of leading multiple projects simultaneously.
