The role We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Administration Manager to join the University’s Capital Projects Department which carries responsibility for the delivery of construction projects ranging from 50k to 350M plus. What will you be doing? You will provide high quality Project Administration support to the Capital Projects Team within the Campus Division. This is a key role which requires the effective delivery of Project Administration and other project support related functions, ensuring that efficient systems are in place to support the work of the professional and technical project staff. You will need to be familiar with, and offer advice as necessary, about all relevant specialist administrative processes and procedures such as the Capital Portfolio Database. You should apply if You are enthusiastic You have substantial relevant experience, excellent customer service and communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people. You are confident in negotiating solutions to problems with sensitivity to others’ point of view.
