The Role
Reporting directly into the COO, we’re looking for an experienced Operations Administrative Manager to lead our centralised operations teams. The teams complete a range of administration and servicing duties including liaising with 3rd party providers.
Primarily, you’ll lead the review of current end to end processes, proposing or highlighting recommendations for change, supporting our strategic aim for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Analyse existing processes, identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
- Use data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure workflows are streamlined, sharing best practices and optimising the use of technology (as well as AI).
Skills and Experience
- Experience of Ops processes or administration management in a Wealth Management, Financial Planning or IFA firm.
- Able to identify the why and how to implement a process change.
- Be an analytical thinker to assess data
- Be able to engage your team and stakeholders through periods of change.
- Enjoys a challenge
- Enjoys leading multiple projects and the journey through to completion.
