What you'll be doing...

Ready to lead sales and retention for stadia across the UK?

Join us in crafting winning tenders, securing contracts, and driving business growth!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategy and manage new business pipeline
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Lead on the retention of existing contracts and seek new opportunities
  • Network, attend industry events, and research tender invitations
  • Lead sales process from initial contact to closing deals
  • Assist in mobilising contracts and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Manage weekly activity to achieve sales target

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday

  • Ability to collaborate with operational and finance teams
  • Excellent communication and bid writing skills
  • Experience in managing multiple tenders
  • Proven track record of securing contracts
  • Strong presentation and coaching abilities
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in IT
