SalaryA national firm in central Glasgow is seeking to hire an experience Legal Secretary to support its Commercial team. You’ll join a friendly, dynamic firm which recognises its success is down to its people.

The day to day
Joining a busy and talented team in a new rapidly growing office in Glasgow, varied legal secretarial role supporting all levels of Solicitor across its successful commercial teams.
- Dealing with client enquires and coordinating meetings
- Audio and copy typing
- Using case management systems
- General Administration including assistance in the preparation of forms such as LBTT, registers of Scotland, searches, using portals
- Undertaking general office tasks including photocopying, scanning and invoicing
Are you the perfect Candidate?
My client is set on hiring somebody with 2+ years’ Legal Secretary experience in any of the following departments:
- Commercial Litigation
- Commercial Real Estate
- Corporate
- Immigration
- Intellectual Property
- Insolvency
You:
- Excellent people skills – confidence and capable of working as part of a bigger team across multiple locations and remotely
- Strong general administrative skills
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Calm under pressure, good organisational skills and excellent time management – with the ability to prioritise and deliver to deadlines
- An excellent knowledge of using datarooms and online portals
- A working knowledge of using online digital dictation would be beneficial
