We are seeking a Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to our Secretarial & Business Support department in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and able to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Description

• Provide full secretarial support to a team of legal professionals.
• Manage and organise meeting schedules and appointments.
• Prepare and edit legal documents and correspondence.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
• Coordinate communication with clients and internal teams.
• Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Profile

A successful Legal Secretary should have:

• A strong educational background in business or related field.
• Excellent secretarial and administrative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
