Jenson Fisher have been engaged, on an exclusive basis, by a highly reputable Legal Firm based in Glasgow City Centre, to recruit a
Legal Secretary on a full-time permanent basis. This is an office based role which will involve being part of a collaborative culture and well established team.The main duties:
- Working and supporting a team, providing administrative support.
- Audio and Copy Typing of legal documents.
- Managing all incoming calls, taking messages and handling queries when appropriate.
- Dealing with all incoming and outgoing mails.
- Liaising and supporting the wider team as well as the Partners.
- Maintaining files both manually and electronically.
The main requirements:
- Previous Conveyancing experience
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
The role offers excellent training and development, as well as the opportunity to be part of a long standing, tight knit team.
