Advert for Commercial Manager
Our Clients are a progressive, multi-disciplined company, formed in 2013 that aim to be at the forefront of innovative technologies providing Mechanical, Electrical and Maintenance Services to the construction industry. The initial success of their company is a result of understanding their Client's service delivery needs and expectations by always working in close partnership. Their staff have over 35 years' experience and are there to provide a unique design, installation and maintenance packages to commercial, retail, public, private and sports sectors.
Therefore they currently have an opportunity for a commercial assistant, report to the director based in their Loughton offices
Duties:
- Take off and measures from drawings
- Sub contractors payments and applications
- Assisting with estimating
- Contract applications
- Preparation of project reports
- Preparation and monitoring of Technical submissions and Request for Information
- Contract variations
Essential Requirements:
- Preferably completed an electrical / mechanical trade apprenticeship.
- Able to work to the highest possible standards.
- Computer literate, particularly excel and word
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working on residential projects.
- CSCS card holder.
- Preferably at least 5 years working experience.
