A successful and growing business in Telford are seeking a new Commercial Manager to join their Operational Management Team on a permanent basis.

The Opportunity
- Managing a small team of commercially astute Sales Order Processors, ensuring due diligence has been taken to secure 3rd party finance support from capital investors.
- Risk analysis for large contracts, ensuring that finance arrangements are both viable and sustainable.
- Ensuring client accounts stay within terms and are commercially supported to maintain their services - reapplying for finance where necessary in good time before their current contracts expire.
- Analysing sales conversation rates and identifying key challenges your customers are facing and implementing new processes to improve success levels.
- Coaching, mentoring and upskilling your colleagues to drive continuous improvement in the team.
- Working closely with the SLT to report, review and strategize, developing clear business cases for new processes.
- Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm with Hybrid options available

The Candidate
You will be a commercially astute Business / Commercial Manager with key experience in managing relationships with 3rd party finance investors. Previous telecoms experience is not essential, but experience in the B2B market will be required. You will be a motivated team player and passionate people manager with a commitment to presenting commercially viable solutions.
