As part of our client’s continued growth, they’re seeking a Commercial Manager to join their team and help drive sales across the Midlands and East Anglia.

The role
Within this role, you will help to set regional-specific sales targets and create plans and initiatives for the business to exceed them. Through a combination of effective territory management and the creation of a network of key customer relationships, you will ensure that revenue and gross margin objectives are met.
Other responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies for each managed account
- Establishing a comprehensive Business Plan for the Midlands and East Anglia
- Identifying and prioritising opportunities for sales
- Developing and aligning a local strategy
- Working to drive product sales to support supplier partnerships
- Liaising with business partners to maintain and build business relationships
- Identifying and satisfying customer requirements
- Maintaining a high level of business knowledge and competitor activity

You’ll have a proven track record of over-achievement of targets within the Pressure area care market in the UK, as well as…
- Degree educated
- 1+ years of experience in medical sales
- A keen interest in the healthcare industry
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant industry segments
- Proficient computer literacy skills (MS Office)
- Driven, warm, and passionate
- Commercial mindset
- Impeccable presentation, organisational and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexible and willing to travel across the UK
