Commercial Property Paralegal

Commercial Property Paralegal role in London.
This role will be varied and will involve progressing client files and to provide legal and administrative assistance to the solicitors in the Commercial Property Team.
You will have an in-depth involvement in matters, often working with a Partner and solicitor on projects.
Your duties will include preparing contract, leases and licence documents, ordering documents from the HM Land Registry, ordering searches on lease/purchase matters, requesting funds from clients and their lenders, assisting in the completion of matters and completing Stamp Duty Land Tax Returns and Land Registry applications as well as the scheduling of Deeds.
The Real Estate team here are renowned for their expertise in dealing with the full range of property related matters and regularly act for developers, banks, investors, landlords, tenants and High Net Worth Individuals on a wide range of real estate transactions.
This firm only take people onto Training contracts with them from their pool of paralegals and you could be lucky enough to get a training contract here after a year being successful in this role.
You should have at least 1 years experience of working as a Commercial Property Paralegal in order to be eligible for this position.
