The company seeks a talented and experienced Compliance Monitoring Manager to join their team. As the Compliance Monitoring Manager, you will be crucial in ensuring that the company's operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and passion for maintaining compliance will be essential to the company's success.
Your new role

• Develop and implement a robust Compliance Monitoring program.
• Conduct regular compliance reviews and assessments to identify any gaps or areas of improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
• Keep abreast of regulatory changes and update policies and procedures accordingly.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required.
• Provide compliance training to staff members.
• Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues.
• Liaise with external regulators and auditors.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as ICA, CISI, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compliance Monitoring within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of Jersey regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
