We are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst in Leeds city centre.
Pay rate is up to £130 per day via an umbrella company and duration is temporary ongoing.
The role is based fully on-site (with a free gym access), supporting c. 500 end users providing 1st Line Support.
About the role:
* You will be the first point of contact to the company’s user base
* Providing 1st Line Support
* Working closely with 2nd Line Support
* Managing the life cycle of support requests through to resolution
* Participate in IT projects
About you:
* You will be a good match if you enjoy providing an excellent customer service and working as a part of wider team
* From a technical perspective you will have experience in day-to-day admin of Active Directory and MS Exchange
* Proficient in supporting Windows 10 and Office 365
