Responsibilities
- Contract management of 3PL’s, service and spend/commercials
- 3PL & overall network operation understanding
- Distribution and Final mile current and future strategy
- Delivery of agreed UK strategy over immediate and coming years
- On boarding of new network partners
- Track record of tackling and delivering enhancements and initiatives.
- Commercial/procurement understanding
- Client services experience/engagement
- Internal and external stakeholder management/negotiation.
- Implementation project support
- Eye on sustainable supply chain solutions
Skills and Experience
Operational experience - proven experience in a 3 / 4PL network. Network process understanding, systems use, knowledge and understanding , Procurement process knowledge, contract management experience and have held full accountability of a budget previously.
A composite of positivity, energy, passion, and persistence wrapped into one, with a commitment to getting the best outcome for the network. The ability to make informed decisions and take accountability for seeing things through. It’s about getting over, around or through barriers to get the job done.
