About Our Client
Our client is a medium sized design and build contractor who complete projects up to £10m across the Midlands on public sector frameworks.
Job Description
- Oversee the delivery of multiple construction projects
- Manage contractual agreements with clients and subcontractors
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Lead and motivate the Construction team
- Ensure all work complies with relevant safety regulations
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders
- Continuously monitor and manage project risks
- Report on project progress to senior management
The Successful Applicant
The successful Contracts Manager should have:
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of the Property industry and construction processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience on running multiple public sector framework projects from small works to £10m large projects.
- Experience working on schools, universities and municipal buildings.
