KJ Talent are delighted to be working exclusively with a multi award-winning skincare brand in scale up. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Creative Art Director where you will be given the reigns to manage the creative direction of the brand as well as taking ownership of creating innovation campaigns across all customer touch points.

This role is ideal for a creative candidate who desires diversity and would like to make their mark within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, supportive culture.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Lead Designer in creative concepts and design for all campaigns.
• Managing the content creation process from ideation to execution, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Leading brainstorming sessions and guiding the creative team to generate innovative ideas
• Editing video content for social and site education.
• Creating and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoint
• Developing compelling on-site landing pages and product description pages that convert.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and branding
• Enriching the brand tone of voice and creative direction in our online and offline touchpoints
• Responsible for creative content budget

Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
• Highly proficient in Adobe CC (particularly Photoshop & InDesign), Sketch and other graphic design software
• Animation (gif) design and video creation and editing skills required
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
• Strong network of external creatives to support the internal team
• Experience art directing, producing and post-production of a shoot
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
