EA First are working alongside a prestigious Ipswich based organisation in their search for an experienced Credit Controller.
This full time role will help to manage all day-to-day credit control activities within the organisation.
With many locations dotted around the UK, this organisation have an incredible presence within their industry and are continuing to develop.
Key responsibilities:
Manage debtor accounts: Track payments, allocate receipts, and maintain accurate records
Communicate and resolve: Provide account information to internal departments, resolve queries, and monitor payment terms
Debt management: Review accounts regularly, contact customers with overdue payments, and escalate non-compliant accounts
Collaboration and reporting: Build cross-functional relationships, provide accurate reports on debtor accounts, and assist the finance team
Credit control: Conduct credit checks on new customers, agree on payment plans, and prepare data for legal action when necessary
The successful candidate for this role will have credit control experience, excellent attention to detail, and be a team player.
