A thriving business are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join the team either on a full time or potentially part time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a customer focused and fast paced national business. There is scope to progress within the business.
The role will involve:
- Building strong working relationships with customers to ensure they pay on time
- Daily management of invoices from initial contact to escalations as required
- Following up outstanding invoices via telephone and email within agreed timescales
- Taking ownership of the accounts portfolio and ensuring resolutions are quickly resolved
- Building strong working relationships with customers to ensure they pay on time
- Communicating across the various departments to resolve any queries
- Opening new customer accounts and inputting payments received
- Reconciliation of key accounts as required
The Person:
- Previous credit control experience
- Excellent numerical ability
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Problem solving experience
- Good understanding of Excel and office systems
- A proactive approach to work with ability to communicate at all levels
