Credit Controller

You will be responsible for the day-to-day receivables management of a portfolio of our own customers, making sure payments are received in line with individual payment terms as much as possible.

Working as part of a credit control team, you will manage the collection of all outstanding debt in line with monthly targets and KPIs and liaise with customers whose payments have fallen into default, to secure a prompt resolution.

As a Credit Controller, you'll be an integral part of our collaborative team. We believe that each team member's efforts contribute to our collective success. You will have close coordination with colleagues to ensure we achieve our targets and maintain a harmonious customer relationship.

Salary- £24,439.29 per annum depending on experience, enhanced by a quarterly bonus scheme.

About you

• First and foremost, you’ll have experience of credit control.
• You’ll strive to maintain the highest standards in your work, by having a keen eye for detail and pinpoint accuracy.
• You’re a real team player and go above and beyond to support others.
• You will be an excel expert and be confident using Microsoft Office applications.
• You will be a natural investigator and enjoy solving queries. 
• You’re excellent at handling large volumes of data effectively and efficiently, whilst working to tight deadlines.
