Meridian Business Support are recruiting for a Credit Controller to work for their client based in the area of Fenton Stoke on Trent.
Essential duties and Responsibility's:
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding monies due to the company using various methods of communication including emails and telephone
- Liaise with other employees as required to resolve customer queries
- General assistance to finance department and general admin duties
- Enter receipts on the cashbook/SAP and reconcile on a daily basis
- Process credit notes as required
- Confirming deposit payments received and releasing held orders once confirmed
- Carry out any additional duties as directed by Financial Controller
- To be experienced in all aspects of Credit Control
- Excel experience preferable
This is a Temp - Perm role with a pay rate of 12.34 plus a 3% KPI bonus per annum paid quarterly.
The hours are 30 hours per week worked over 4 or 5 days, 8am - 4pm, open to someone who would like to work school hours and work over the 5 days also, 30 minute break is given.
