SalaryKenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an amazing company based in Crawley and who are recruiting for a part timeCredit Controller to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is on a part time over four 5 hour days paying £28,000 pro rata. The ideal candidate will have recent Credit Control experience and will be happy to travel to the Crawley office on the days they are due to work.
Main Duties:
- Day to day management of the debtor’s ledger including debt chasing, updating weekly reports, resolving queries
- Inputting daily bank transactions onto the system
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Maintaining and reconciling petty cash
- Liaise with key members in the office daily
- Upload customer rebate monthly
- Upload invoices to the portal weekly
- Monthly bad debt provision journal
- Providing support to the assistant finance manager where needed
About You:
- Previous Credit Control experience
- Good Excel skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as on their own
