Job description PRS Recruitment Solutions Ltd requires an experienced Credit Controller to work at our client's busy operation based in Brighton, which specialises in distributing commercial flooring and stair accessory products to customers across London & the South East. The Role: Managing the day-day running of the aged debt Dealing with Customer invoice queries Allocation of Customer payments Taking credit card payments Opening new accounts & checking credit history Chasing up overdue accounts Posting / emailing customer invoices & statements Working hours 07.00 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday The Package: 31 Days Holiday including bank holidays and the Christmas shutdown Pension scheme Career progression Onsite parking Close to the public transport network Requirements: Previous Credit Control experience Possess excellent communication Skills Be numerate and literate Have excellent PC Skills Be able to work either on your own or as part of a team Essential Behaviors: Act in a calm and professional manner at all times Be upbeat, proactive, and positive, with a 'can-do attitude Be professional and presentable at all times Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances Willingness to work extended or unsociable hours during peak periods
