- Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9 – 6. Role includes 1 in 3 Saturdays from 9am – 1pm.
- Salary for this role is £23,000 + £1,000 annually, up to £25,000, when meeting your set targets.

What you’ll be doing:
- In this role you will be helping a variety of personal car owners answer general enquiries.
- You will speak to new and existing customers who have made an appointment to discuss their insurance (there is no cold calling).
- Use your communication skills to build a rapport, gather the right information to understand their needs.
- Supporting customers and providing excellent customer service.
- You might need to balance multiple tasks at the same time, utilise a range of systems and will work in a dynamic, friendly, agile team.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Previous call centre experience is preferred but not necessary.
- We are looking for candidates who are passionate about providing outstanding customer service, this means that you put the customer first and take pride in the quality of your work.
- We hire great people from various industry backgrounds. Some of our Customer Sales Representatives had experience of working for other insurance companies or in call centres before joining us, but lots of our colleagues join us from jobs within retail, hospitality, education, or sales and share our passion for helping people.
- Qualifications are not essential, but you will be able to perform basic maths tasks, use IT systems and have a keen eye for detail.
- You will enjoy speaking to people and will use your outstanding communication skills to speak openly and expertly on the phone to customers.
- You will be able to build strong rapport and take a genuine interest in their needs.
- Great team working skills, we work together to help our customers, share ideas to help each other and have lots of fun working together!
- You will be motivated by working to exceed targets and will combine that focus with the need to always do the right thing for our customers with a dedicated attitude combined with the highest degree of ethics and integrity in client focus.
