SalaryOur client are seeking a proactive and organised Customer Care Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our Customer Care department, ensuring that all customer queries and issues are handled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy.
- Log and track all customer queries and complaints, ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner and escalated when necessary.
- Coordinate with various departments including construction, sales, and warranty teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Schedule appointments for customers with our maintenance and service teams, ensuring timely resolution of any maintenance requests.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to customer care activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Care Manager as needed, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service or administrative role, preferably within the construction or property development industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise workload effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with CRM systems.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Service.
