Job Title: Customer Service Assistant
Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Salary: £23,000 per annum
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: 08.00 - 17.00, Monday - Friday
Are you looking for your next temporary role? Can you start imminently? We are looking for a proactive and confident person to join our well-known client as a Customer Service Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receiving inbound calls from clients.
• Monitoring a shared inbox within a team of 4.
• Using a CRM system to log activity.
• Working to agreed SLA’s and responding within a timely manner to customers.
• 50/50 split on email and inbound call activity.
Requirements:
• Pro-active and computer-literate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work onsite for training and then in a hybrid position if desired thereafter (2 days at home, 3 days in the office).
