We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in sales or Customer Service administration who is looking for an opportunity to progress within a global manufacturing company. The successful candidate will support the Sales and Service teams, ensuring customer queries and orders are dealt with promptly and accurately.
Day to day of the role:- Answer customer enquiries via phone and email, addressing delivery and pricing queries.
- Raise quotations and proforma invoices.
- Process sales orders and match delivery notes to sales orders.
- Liaise with overseas suppliers to progress orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Previous experience with SAP.
- Experience working in the manufacturing sector.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
