We have a permanent Customer Service Coordinator role available within DS Smith's packaging site. This role is ideal for someone with outstanding attention to detail and is self motivated, IT literate and personable.
Role: Customer Service Coordinator
Location: DS Smith Packaging, South Mills, The Ridgeway, Blunham, Bedford MK44 3PH (100% office based)
Salary: (phone number removed)
Shift Patterns: 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:30
Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Inputting high value orders onto the business system
- Processing order requests efficiently
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Reporting to the Customer Service Manager
- Handling and resolving customer complaints
- Handling and resolving customer queries
- Maintaining document records accurately
Essential requirements:
- Previous experience within customer facing administration (2+ years)
- IT literacy especially with in house systems and MS Office
- Previous experience with MS Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience inputting numerical data at high volume
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to work independent and be self motivated
