Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Services Coordinator to join a friendly team based in Farnworth.
As a Services Coordinator, you will take responsibility for the technical desk. Ideally you will have experience with reactive and planned maintenance co-ordination.
Duties:
- Making sure the technical desk is always operational
- Dealing with any queries – adhering to response times and all information is logged
- Reporting on any progress, highlighting any risks.
- Understanding product they supply
- Keeping the data base up to date – cleansing old jobs, data entry, keeping warranty calls updated etc.
- Supporting the technical director and senior team
Experience
- Previously worked either a Customer Service or Operations / Service Delivery role
- Strong mentality and adaptability, to be able to make fast and good decisions
- Good knowledge of CRM systems
- PC literate
- Experience of Resource Planning/Workforce Management systems and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – good telephone manner and appropriate business communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work in a team
- Able to operate well under pressure
