You will be an essential part of the customer journey, liaising with national and international teams to ensure a seamless service.
Based in Waltham Abbey, this is a full-time, permanent position working Monday - Friday, offering a salary up to £28,000.

The day to day
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing exceptional support.
- Liaising with international teams, ensuring the seamless day-to-day running of the customer journey.
- Preparing quotes, controlling stock, and resolving order issues.
- Promoting sales campaigns in line with company procedure.
You will have/be
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Able to confidently communicate at all levels, and effectively resolve customer complaints.
- Proactive, and adaptable attitude.
- Highly organised and able to work individually, as well as in a team.
- Strong IT skills, and experience using Microsoft Office.
