The Burford Recruitment Company are excited to be working with a well-established and highly successful company located on the outskirts of Witney, who are seeking a Customer Service Executive.

The main purpose of this role is to provide exceptional Customer Service to all customers, encompassing a good understanding of their needs, and processing their requirements with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process orders received via email and the ordering system
• Answer telephone calls and deal with customer queries efficiently
• Promote and cross sell products
• Give customers technical information on products confidently
• Handle complaints and disputes professionally and aim the resolve the situation amicably
• Develop a good working relationship with internal departments
• Think "outside the box" and offer achievable solutions to problems

Skills and attributes required

• Previous administration or Customer Service experience
• Have a pleasant and friendly style
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Have your own transport
