Job Title - Customer Service Manager / Team Leader
Salary - GBP35,000per annum Depending on skills and experience- temporary to permanent
Location - Norwich
Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am- 3:30pm or 8am - 4pm (Parking available on site)
I'm recruiting for a professional and experienced manager/team leader to help grow a successful new team within the housing repairs and maintenance sector. The successful candidate should have experience in running a team to an orgasnised and high standard of service. You will also be required to have proven experience in a call centre environment and able to create a positive working environment.
Job Description:
- As the Customer Service Manager you will be required to help build, train and assist the other team members to create a well working team to provide support to the housing sector.
- As the Customer Service Manager you will be monitoring and maintaining KPI's and service standards.
- As the Customer Service Manager you will be required to handle complaints, help build customer relations and maintain client expectations.
- As the Customer Service Manager you will be service driven, organised, have a drive for performance and able to handle a team taking a high level of calls.
