We have a new vacancy for a Customer Service Representative within the team to take on a varied role based at our RCC Plymouth office
You will take inbound calls from new and existing customers to manage the inputting of orders and ensuring there is availability for requirements to be met to see through to delivery. You will also liaise with our sales team managing customer queries or complaints.
The key job responsibilities are:-
Executing the plans
Portraying an excellent company image to customers encouraging repeat business
Proactively updating customers on order update.
Act as a focal point for customers for the provision of a wide range of information.
Take orders accurately including associated administration when required
Key Account management & Late load reporting.
Negotiate programmes to the mutual benefit of the company and customers.
Customer orders/Amendments/Complaints.
