About The Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the vibrant Harrison Spinks Customer Service and sales team within our Head Office - The Innovation Centre, Beeston, Leeds.
Reporting into the Invoicing and Customer Service Team Leader, the Customer Service Representativewill support and offer the highest level of service to both our retailers and consumers by telephone or email.
As a personable and exceptional communicator, you will deal with queries from retailers, consumers, process debits and assisting other departments.
Hours: The hours for the position are 37.5 hours in between the core hours of: 8am – 5pm Monday – Thursday & 8am – 1pm on a Friday.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Responding to Customer Service enquiries, accurately logging details on CRM.
- Authorisation of customer debits and credits for service cases.
- Offer excellent Customer Service to our retailers via email and telephone.
- Engage with consumers who are looking for product information.
- Responsible to add technician visits on CRM, importance of accuracy.
- Investigate customer complaints efficiently and liaising with other departments.
- Knowledge of the service database to review status and action solutions.
- Offer a resolution to our customers and formulating a professional email response.
- Maintain thorough and accurate Customer Service records to assist in monthly reports.
- Provide accurate advice from excellent product knowledge and manufacturing process.
- Liaise with other departments to arrange deliveries, collections, inspections, and repairs.
- Create product returns with accuracy for Accounts.
- Investigate pricing queries.
About You
As a Customer Service Representative, you will have exemplary communication and administrative skills whilst working in a fast-paced environment.
You will be a personable & exceptional communicator, who is confident speaking with customers and have a passion for exemplary Customer Service.
As a self-motivated individual, you will be comfortable working individually and part of a wider team and have a keen eye for detail.
You will have the ability to prioritize workflow and take responsibility to action each task within our timeframe.
Microsoft Dynamics AX knowledge advantageous but not essential.
