Huntress are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our client in a growing team. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with great communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding Customer Service. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 10 Customer Service representatives, ensuring they provide excellent support and a service to customers.

Duties include:

• Leading and motivating a team of 10 Customer Service representatives to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional Customer Service.
• Provide coaching, training and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Handling escalated customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor team performance and productivity and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate:

• Have experience within the financial industry
• Have experience leading a team of Customer Service agents
• Strong leadership abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
