Provide effective leadership to the team, responsible for first stage people management activities.
Responsible for managing processes within the team to optimise efficiencies and accuracy.
Continually develop the team through coaching and training. Identifying areas for development, setting and progressing objectives.
Promote and develop a collaborative, positive and progressive team environment.
Liaise with supporting internal departments to maintain high service levels.
Participate in customer meetings in order to understand our customers, the market & build relationships.
Hold monthly meetings including commercial information, customer & project updates and an open forum for discussions and suggestions.
Work alongside National Sales Managers, taking part in sales meetings to continuously expand knowledge and work together on service offerings.
Participate in optimisation projects highlighting areas for improvement to processes or the customer experience.
Responsible for team KPIs, continuous improvement areas and recognising success. Our Requirements
Related work experience in a Team Leader role within a customer focused department.
Good standard of education.
Level 3 in First Line Management (ILM), or be willing to train in this.
Intermediate standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience of SAP desirable, but not essential.
Must be well organised, efficient, personable and have a good, confident telephone manner. We Offer
