About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Mutual Direct Customer Service team as a Customer Support Administrator.
As a Customer Support Administrator, you will deliver an effective administration service to Mutual Direct Call Centre, Customer Support Centre and NFU Mutual members through the accurate and efficient administration of incoming post and cheques, policy cancellations and the despatch of essential policyholder documentation in line with policies, procedures, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

It’s what we’ve built our reputation on and as a Customer Support Administrator you’ll ensure that all member documentation sent or received is processed efficiently and accurately to ensure we continue to deliver the best possible service to our members.
As part of our thriving and vibrant team, you’ll handle and respond to internal customer queries and provide an excellent level of administrative support to your colleagues. We’ll provide everything you need to develop your knowledge and skills to ensure you can provide a first class service to your internal customers.
About You
To join our team, you’ll have or be:
- Experience of working with an administration role is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Well organised and have good attention to detail
- Experience of working with Microsoft office applications
- Experience of working as a part of a team
