SalaryThe role holder will be responsible for ensuring VSO is able to generate increased income from public fundraising by ensuring we have the capability to generate actionable insights from supporter communication.
Ideal Applicant Summary
We are looking for a Data Analyst to develop analysis and reporting to improve our understanding of our supporter base, the propensity of supporters to respond to our varied communications and to identify different supporter segments within our existing and potential target audiences. You should have experience of developing PowerBI reports from scratch and substantial knowledge of database/ CRM / CDB systems (such as Raiser's Edge, Apteco Marketing Suite or Salesforce). The ideal candidate should have experience of using Python or SQL for data manipulation, reporting and analysis and of using data to influence senior fundraising colleague. In addition, you should have excellent written and spoken communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex analysis to non-technical colleagues.
