Senior Insight Data Analyst

As the leading charity for girls and young women in the UK we have a responsibility to understand our impact and be the expert in girls' lives. Research and insight is vital in helping us to understand the difference we make as well as the challenges that face girls' growing up in the UK today. 

As a Senior insight data analyst within the Insight team you will play an essential role in measuring our impact through our Impact and Experience Study. You will support evidence-led decision making across the organisation and led on innovative research projects to further our understanding not only of the difference we make but how we make that difference to girls and volunteers' lives. You will also be part of our flagship research study into the lives and opinions of girls - the Girls Attitudes Survey, building on 15 years of evidence and expertise about girls lives and what changes they want to see in the world. 

We are looking for a candidate with strong technical skills with the ability to communicate and translate evidence to support colleagues in their both their tactical and strategic decision making. This role is here to listen to what girls tell us, and ensure this guides what we offer and what we fight for.
