As a member of the Marketing Department, you will support the Commercial Team by providing planning, execution and optimisation of our full marketing mix and initiatives. The role requires you to work across a multitude of marketing disciplines and to help grow our brand awareness. You will also drive sales and demonstrate understanding through the use of our online and offline marketing channels.
What you will be doing
- Integrated Marketing Mix Strategy: This responsibility involves aligning digital marketing strategies with broader business goals, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels, and adapting strategies based on market trends and consumer behaviour. It's essential for creating a cohesive marketing approach that contributes to overall business objectives.
- Advanced Analytics and Insights: Utilizing tools like Google Analytics for in-depth analysis of website performance is crucial. Making data-driven decisions to optimize the website for better engagement and conversion rates is a key responsibility for a mid-level Digital Marketer to ensure the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
- Sales Enablement and Content Management: Regularly update company templates and produce high-quality content to support sales efforts. This involves creating sales presentations, brochures, case studies, and other materials that effectively communicate the value proposition of Metricell’s products and services to potential customers.
- CRM and Lead Management: Utilize Zoho CRM to support lead generation and sales team activities. Ensure accurate and up-to-date management of CRM data, including leads, contacts, and marketing lists. Develop CRM strategies to improve customer relationships and sales effectiveness.
- Marketing Communications and Planning: Managing and continuously updating the marketing communications calendar to support brand awareness and customer acquisition objectives is vital. This includes planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Social Media Strategy and Execution: Taking charge of social media management involves strategy development, content creation, scheduling, and monitoring. Engaging with the audience, managing brand reputation, and using social media analytics for refining strategies are important for better engagement and lead generation.
To succeed in this role you will have
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Full knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Full knowledge of all social channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram & YouTube
- Experience in online analytics reporting via Google Analytics
- Experience in video editing programs (Biteable, Canva or other)
- Experience in CRM (Customer Relationship Management technology) - Zoho including Marketing apps
