As the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll spearhead the management and execution of multi-brand Digital Marketing campaigns and strategies across the Places for People group. Your focus will be on driving robust commercial performance, orchestrating integrated campaign activities, and developing high performing Digital Marketing activity. Additionally, you'll provide leadership and guidance to at least one direct report, fostering their growth and development.
You'll work closely with stakeholders both internally and externally to drive and deliver key communications, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. Being outcomes obsessed, you'll continuously seek performance improvements and opportunities to conduct A/B tests, split tests, and multi-variant tests across websites and communications channels. Your role will also involve helping to set and report on key marketing metrics, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decisions.
Please Note: This role operates in an 'agile' manner, allowing you to effectively fulfil your responsibilities remotely. However, occasional travel to our offices across the UK when necessary, may be required.

More about you:
You bring valuable experience in planning and executing multi-channel Digital Marketing campaigns and possess a deep understanding of Digital Marketing platforms, technologies, and applications. Your expertise extends to digital advertising and acquisition methods, and you have a solid grasp of both on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Additionally, you have a proven track record in performance marketing and paid marketing, with the ability to influence stakeholders and garner buy-in for your vision. Your skills go beyond simply generating leads; you excel in educating others on Digital Marketing principles and practices. Moreover, you have hands-on experience in planning and executing Digital Marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media channels, coupled with a strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
