The well-respected Founding Director of this lovely, esteemed Architecture Studio is seeking a talented and dynamic person to become their new permanent Personal Assistant.

Ideally suited to a person bringing 3 years of experience in a similar profile of role for a creative firm, this is a hands-on position with unrivalled exposure to senior stakeholders and well-known figures of international significance.

Competency across Microsoft Office, a fast-typing speed, and high attention to detail are essential.

The focus of the role varies day to day on a needs-basis, but will include elements of complex diary management, monitoring inbound inboxes, scheduling of international travel and internal/external meetings, preparing daily briefs, and more.
