The Director of Finance and Resources plays a key role in ensuring the charitable trust's day-to-day financial stability and statutory compliance and in playing their part in ensuring future sustainability through shrewd property development, maximising trading profit, and growing cultural audiences/site visitors.
The post holder will lead all financial and resource functions for the Culture Trust Charity and Trading Company. The key areas of responsibility are financial controls, charitable not-for-profit management, risk and compliance, trading profitability, capital, property and HR (contracted in part).
Working as a member of the leadership team with the Director of Customer Experience, the post holder shall effectively oversee all financial and admin functions across the whole organisation and report to the Chief Executive and board of trustees.
