SalaryWe are exclusively recruiting for leading international bank looking to hire a Governance & Compliance specialist. The role will be extremely broad, managing regulatory projects, regulatory change and horizon watching.
Main Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining the library of regulatory requirements applicable to the Business and Conducting gap assessments and updating the control framework to ensure regulatory risk is adequately managed at all times
- Enhancing the current compliance programme by developing and implementing effective compliance policies and procedures
- Preparing compliance dashboard with key management information for the London Management Committee and for the Global Compliance Management Committee
- Keeping abreast of industry regulations and updates, providing guidance to internal stakeholders
- Creating and delivering training programmes to promote a culture of compliance within the organisation
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years relevant regulatory experience
- A dedicated professional with a passion for ensuring organisational integrity through effective compliance governance
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards in the UK and EU
- Good communicator with excellent oral and written skills
