My client, a renowned and well-respected organisation, seeks an Administrator to join the busy team in its Executive Office.
The Executive Office provides PA and administrative support for all senior managers and Directors, providing a hub to the organisation where the work is extremely varied, busy and rewarding.
Main duties of this role will be…
Proving support to include; drafting communications and correspondence on behalf of the President and CEO. Assist the Executive Office Manager with managing and maintaining the CEO’s diary, meeting schedules and travel.
Liasing with visitors and assisting with event management.
Provide committee administration, including minute-taking, meeting preparation and ad hoc project work as and when required.
The role will also include some general office administration including; managing the enquiries email inbox, managing meeting room diaries and being the first point of contact for guests to the office.
The ideal candidate for this role will have sound administration experience and have had exposure to / worked with committee’s before.
This is a hybrid role, which requires 3 days per week working in the Central London office.
Salary up to 28.5K plus excellent benefits
