Executive Assistant

We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to support an outstanding Professional Services organisation. This role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with leadership, managing day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
• Act as a primary point of contact, handling correspondence and communication.
• Prepare and organise materials for meetings, ensuring all necessary details are in place.
• Conduct research and compile data to facilitate decision-making processes.
• Assist in project management and coordination of various tasks.
• Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive PA or similar role.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
