Your new company
This business is at the forefront of therapies against both infectious diseases and cancers. Due to success and expansion, they are now looking to appoint a high level EA to support their R&D function.
Your new role
Your new role will mainly support two C-suite members along with a couple of other team members on an ad-hoc basis. You will manage international travel to the US and Europe as well as domestic travel to London. You will manage all meetings and correspondence with external stakeholders. You will be a point of contact for HR related administrative matters within the R&D team but will have the support of the internal HR function as required. You will manage the contracts database for the R&D team around CDAs, NDAs, SOWs. You will coordinate advisory boards, pick up ad-hoc projects and may also get involved in PR & Comms plans. There is some scope to shape this role around the candidate so if there are additional skillsets you possess then the client is willing to have a conversation.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will have worked as an EA to C-suite within a life science business previously. You will have managed diaries, travel, contracts, external stakeholders and ideally will have helped with events too. You will have excellent communication skills and will work proactively. You will need to be at their Oxford site 4 days a week with 1 day working remotely.
What you\'ll get in return
