SalaryWe are recruiting an Executive Assistant for our client, a successful engineering company based in Witney. They are looking for a candidate to start as soon as possible, on a temporary/ temporary to permanent basis.
This role is full time, 8 00, Monday Friday, offering a mix of home based and office working.
The salary on offer is £32,000/ £16.41 per hour.
In this position you will be providing executive support to the commercial director, and your duties will include:
- Monitoring company inboxes.
- Diary management for CEO and others as required.
- Scheduling of meetings both internal and external
- Answering the phone in a professional manner.
- Liaising with the finance manager and running reports.
- Booking occasional travel.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies.
- Helping to maintain the HR database.
- Raising purchase order numbers.
- General administrative duties.
This role would suit an experienced Executive Assistant/ Personal Assistant/ Senior Administrator, confident using several software packages and working independently in a highly organised and efficient manner.
