The Opportunity:

Rovco are recruiting an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer and the wider Sales team.

The ideal individual will be able to exercise good judgement in various situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organisational skills. The ability to maintain a realistic balance among priorities is a must.

You must be able to work independently on projects from conception to completion and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle various activities and confidential matters with discretion.

We work in an exciting and dynamic environment, where every day is likely to be a little different, but here are some of the main responsibilities you will have in the role:

  • Working directly with the CRO to support all aspects of their daily work routine
  • Maintain the CRO calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, travel (may include domestic and international), arranging dinners, social events, and any public appearances
